The next ten years?

The period up to 2030 will see significant changes, including national and international events like BREXIT and implementation of the Paris Climate Change agreement in 2020.

Yet what local changes would the residents of Henley wish to see occurring over the next 10 years?

Henley Residents Group wants to understand residents’ priorities over a wide range of areas. Some of these are under the remit of Henley Town Council, whilst others such as roads and traffic management are under the remits of the District or County Councils. The latter are areas where the Town Council will need to be an advocate for the wishes of its residents.

What should be the priorities for Henley’s Town Council, from the short term to the long term?

In October this year, HRG held an open meeting to gather fresh ideas and new thinking for the future. It was well attended with residents from across the political spectrum. To speak and work for all the residents of Henley the HRG needs to know their priorities. To gather as many views as possible, we have developed a survey to run during December. We will publish the results of the survey in late January to encourage further public debate.

Please take a few minutes to answer the five questions.
