An amazing success for HRG’s own Kellie Hinton.
Cllr Kellie Hinton was first elected to Henley Town Council representing the Henley Residents Group in 2011. She became Henley’s youngest ever Mayor in 2017 and was elected as a District Councillor in 2019. She has now been chosen by the Council to be Deputy-Chair.
What an amazing story! Well done Kellie!!
“So this happened this evening! and I’m still in shock to be quite honest. Vice-Chair of SODC!! Very touched by lovely nomination speeches from Stefan Gawrysiak and Robin Bennett… now to get to work supporting the wonderful and legendary David Turner, our new Chair of SODC and hopefully, I’ll get to learn from him too over the next year.
Can’t finish without mentioning such a wonderful Chair Jo Robb who has been brilliant throughout the year and of course our Leader of the Council, David Rouane who has been just as inclusive as his predecessor was before him.
Great team of people – I feel privileged to be a part of it.”
