Ther is no doubt that I live and breathe Henley on Thames. Tremendously proud of my contribution to this wonderful community. We work as a TEAM for the community of Henley on Thames.
I am the ONLY candidate who has lived in Henley for 40 years and ALL of that time contributed to its wonderful community. I stay here permanently. I PROVE that as an Independent, I GET THINGS DONE.
I PROMISE AND I DELIVER
I Say It I Mean It I do IT
I am independent and just speak for Henley. I have not been told by Witney or Banbury how to vote and which projects to pursue. I vote as I see fit for the benefit of residents of Henley-on-Thames. I am not whipped to a National or Local party line.
My heart is committed to getting things done for Henley. I am a heavyweight crew member.
As Cllr Gill Dodds says, “Stefan is a force to be reckoned with at all Local Government levels. He simply gets things done”

I have just thoroughly enjoyed getting stuff done for Henley
Ambulance Story
You saw on the front page of the Henley Standard Cllr Sarah Millers mother.
This event was shocking and appalling. A 3.5 Hr wait for an ambulance in blazing sunshine on the floor. When the ambulance crew arrived they were brilliant and when she arrived at RBH she was well looked after and is fortunately on the mend.
But this clearly illustrated my new campaign and story. The ambulance crews deserve praise they are brilliant. My argument is with the policy makers and management of South Central Ambulance service. The population of Henley and the surrounding area are ageing and need a “First Class” ambulance service. That arrives at Cat 1 Cardiac arrests in 8 minutes NOT 20 minutes.
Our MP Freddie and I have written to SCAS for the data and urging them to provide a better service. An ambulance should be permanently sited at Townlands.
Next term
- Finish the 18T Limit for Henley
- SECURE a good deal for Henley after Government reorganisation.
- Get More Roads and pavements done
- Better funding for schools
- Better funding for SEND
- Secure more palliative and Step down beds
- PLUS more.
Make sure that Henley continues to have an Independent voice NOT a National Party voice.
Do the Job well BUT enjoy it. I do the job well AND I enjoy it.
