From your Oxfordshire County Cllr, Stefan Gawrysiak (HRG)
HRG have always pushed for improvements to Henley’s transport infrastructure, especially to make the town safer and more convenient for pedestrians.
Last year I managed to secure a much needed crossing on Greys Rd. This was done with the help of Trinity and Sacred Heart school. I can proudly say that this was the first crossing for over 40 years to be introduced into Henley. It is quite right that we prioritise residents’ ability to cross roads safely making the town a better place for pedestrians.
Can I bring to your attention the following two crossing consultations which I hope will lead to further improvements?
These are at
- Gravel Hill
- Swiss farm crossing
Please follow this link and give us your opinions:

The closing date is 26th February.
I do hope that you will support both of these crossing schemes.
Thank you!
